1. Digital Product Policy
Topverse provides digital storefront plans and automated services. Due to the digital nature of these products and immediate access upon provisioning, **all plan purchases, setup fees, and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable**.
2. Subscription Payments & Renewals
Subscription renewals are billed automatically in advance. Once a renewal charge is processed, it is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account and store will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused time.
